Track Team
Our. representation at the Field Day in Owen Sound was small but nevertheless we carried off two firsts, one second and one third. There were only four members on the team:-Bert Hartle, Frank Butters, Reg. Hewson and Jack Shields.
Frank Butters came first in the senior 220 yards. He is especially good at this distance. He also ran second in the 100 yard dash.
Bert Hartle captured the honors in the senior half mile. Reg. Hewson came third ~TJ. the intermediate 220 yards. Although Butters and Hartle didn't capture any firsts or
seconds at Toronto they are to be congratulated on their splen- did showing. The other members of the team also deserve a great deal of praise.
Rugby
With winter came the close of another successful Rugby season for the C. C. I. The Senior team was captained by Bill Dey and the Juniors by Jack Shields. The Seniors won all their games. They had a heavy line, a brainy quarter, a fast reliable back field, a speedy pair of outsides, a splendid kicker and an
