The General 'Course
Grade IX Sulbjects: English, Social Studies, Occupations, Ma- thematics, Science, Music and Art, French, General Shop and Home Economics, Health and Physkal Eldu- cation and ·cadets.
Grades X, XI, XII: The Obligatory sulbjects are English, Social Stuclies, Music (in X), Health and Physical Education and Cadets for boys; the Optional Sulbjects are Ma- thematics, Science, Latin, French, Commercial, Gen- eral Shop, and Home Economics.
Successful completi.on of four years qualifies the pupil for the Secondary School Graduation Diploma.
The Up})er School Course enwbles the pupil to matriculate for University f.or such courses as Medicine, Arts, Science, Law, Theology, Agriculture, Dentistry, Vete:dnary Science, Forestry, Physical and Health Education, and to qualify for entrance to Normal School, Nursing, and other ·courses of higher learning.
The successful completion of the Health and Physical Education and Cadets an.d eight papers from the following subjects qual- ifies the pupil for the Secondary School Honour Graduation Diploma: English, History, Alge'. ra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Botany, Zoology, Physics, Chemistry, French, Latin, German.
The Special Commercial Course prepares the student to enter a 'business office as Stenographer, Bookkeeper, O!r Clerk.
