CADET D.ANCE
,[,sst May the gvmnasium wa.s beautifully de,corated for the <~nnu:al Cadet Dance. The Cade ~ ·r:~nce is the highlight of the srhool social .season. Red and blue decora•tions and crossed rifles .a:nd a de1corated stage, on which the orchestra played, were the highlights of the dec- orating scheme.
The lbo.ys were dressed in their C'adet uni:tiorms and the girls looked stunning in their even- i.nlg gowns.
The varivus dances were nam- ed afte·r the teachers ,and this added amusement to the danc- ers.
The· dan•oe was a great success and we are lookimig forward to our Cadet Dance >this year with great a nticipaJtion.
CHRISTMAS D-ANCE
The Christmas Dance was or- i!rioo:ted so tha:~ there would be two full dress dances a ye•ar. It was named the Kandy Kane Kapers.
The gym wa.s beautifully dec- ora1ted with ·candy canes made fro.m walking sticks and other decorations that changed th~ gym into a :f:a.irylamd of color.
Music wa.s supplied by the Me.Jody Men a nd dancing was carried on until 1:00 a.m. A de- J,icic·us luncheon was served by jhe Horne a:nd School Associa- tion. we wish to thank them for the·ir ·Co-operation and h elpful- ness.
