With few exceptions, the photographs in this book were produced by members of the Camera Club.
A small but active group, the Club moved into its new darkroom in the fall of 1960. New equipment has been provided by the Collegiate institute Board, so that the club room is adequately equipped to carry on the many processes involved in the production of photographs of high quality. The club wishes to take this opportunity to express its appreciation to the Board for their interest and support.
The photographs in this Gleaner serve as a record of the activities of the Camera Club.
The Editor wishes to thank Hall's of Collingwood for the cover photograph and front-end picture, and Mr. Lee Stephenson for several photographs of school activities. And thanks go to Alex Barnett for his fine interpretation (see back end-piece) of Collingwood's harbour at night.
