      This has been a banner year for the Collegiate Ski Club, headed by an active Executive consisting of the following: President, Alan !anson; Vice-President, Don Ellis; Secretary-Treasurer, Merry Stewart; Social Convenors, Sharon Flood, Roger Piotrow; Events Directors, Tom Schleifer, Ronald Picot. The staff-ad- visors were Mr. Culbert and Mr. Titus.
The club's policy of promoting safe, controlled skiing and pro- viding equipment, transportation, professional instruction and two privileges at very low rates, has resulted in membership of seventy-five enthusiasts, many of whom are beginners.
A first this year: professional instruction in Recreational Skiing and in Racing, available to club membersatfifty cents a lesson.
Our thanks go to Mr. Weider for making available to the club not only cheap tow rates, but also the services of Blue Mountain Ski School to provide the professional instruction.
In the G.B.S.S.A. ski meet at Snow Valley, our team, consisting of Sue Harvie, Nora McKay, Dave Clark, Ian MacMurchy, Ron Picot, Tom Schleifer, StephenScott,madeafineshowing and won the team championship. Special honours went to Sue and Nora who won first and second combined.
On Thursday, February 21, 1963, the club held its second Annual Club Meet which featured fun and prizes for everyone.
