DOROTHY LONG
Dorothy has been active in intra- murals and was a member of the Drama Club. She plans to train as a Nurse in Barrie.
BEV NEWMAN
A quiet and conscientious student, Bev has participated in intramural basketball and volleyball. Bev hopes to enter Lakeshore Teachers' College.
VALERIE LEMMON has been active in basketball and volleyball at Stayner. After cqmpleting her Grade 13, she plans to attend Lake- shore Teachers' College.
TERRY MCINTOSH
Last year's Beauty Queen, Terry was on the Stayner Students' Coun- cil, and was active in curling and skiing.
DALE PLATER
Dale has been o Key-man on the football teams and has been active on track and field. He may work for Ontario Hydro.
SHIRLEY REID
Shirley is one of this year's notable athletes. Besides playing basketball and volleyball, she has been on the G.A.A. executive and writes the basketball editorial for the school newspaper. She has been active in the Badm inion and Ski Clubs and is curator of the Gym Club. Shirley hopes to go to Lake- shore Teachers' College.
ELLEN MOLES
One of our good students who received Academic Awards in Grades I0 and 12. She has par- ticipated in Public Speaking. Ellen plans to enter the three year nursing course at Royal Victoria HaspitaI in Barrie.
ROBERT NEWBY has been octiv e during his school career, in Basket- ball, Soccer and Track and Field. He has also participated in the Drama Club, Ski Club, and <Gym- nastics and has been an ardent Band member. Next year Robert plans to take a course in General Science at Waterloo University.
