 This year club activities were numerous, and so were the number of students participating. Ski and weather conditions each Wednesday on the Apple Bowl were excellent. Many of our members took lessons from the Blue Mountain Winter Park Ski School, and the Ski Team took lessons again this year from Hans Weiland at Georgian Peaks.
At the GBSSA Races, the girls' team brought honour to the school by winning, and the boys' team came in a strong third.
We are indebted to Jozo Weider for supplying the club with several pairs of used boots, poles, and skis. Jozo also allowed everyone access to the lifts each Wednesday at a very fair cost. We also wish to thank Mr. R. Culbert and Mr. J. Sinclair who so capably directed the activities of our Execu!ive.
The season was brought to a close on Friday March 1, 1968 with the School Championship Races held on the far side of the Apple Bowl. The results were as follows:
