It was discovered in the early stages of the Gleaner '71 production that the assistance and generosity of Mr. A. Howard would prove invaluable. Mr. Howard was the
"nut" who kept the bolts of the yearbook machinery (L e. the dwindling student staff) in what could be termed as a
functional state.
The student staff tlris year bas been disappointing to
say the least. Late last fall, Room, 218 was literally swamped with bodies. Filled to capacity, the room with its FIVE PEOPLE, was a thing of joy for a disillusioned editor (standard attendance was Mr. Howard plus two).
With a handicap as big as this, we greatly appreciated the hours Mr. Howard contributed with his typing, co-ordinating and morale boosting.
We'd also like to thank: Mr. Dykstra Mr. Ritchie
Mrs. Grant Mr. Kenney Mr. Willis Mr. Brock Miss Fyfe
