GREECE TRIP

During the past March break of '75, four· teen Collingwood students and a staff ad- visor travelled to Athens, Greece, for a boli· day.
This very interesting and educational tour was organized by the Upper Canada Study Society. The week's activities included a city tour of Athens, a full day excursion to Delphi, taking part in a Manifestation, a full day excursion to Corinth, Mycenae and Epidauros, viewing a Greek drama, a full day boat cruise to the islands of Aegina, Poros, and Hydra, and of course plenty of free time for private excursions and shopping. (better
known as bartering).
Our week in Athens went much too
quickly but all in all the trip was enjoyed by everyone. I know for sure that many good times were had by all and a great deal of memories will be treasured forever.
On behalf of the group, I would Like to thank Mr. Hunwicks for being the great guy he was, not only as an advisor, but as a friend too!
