ALPINE SKIING
Collingwood Collegiate's Alpine Ski teams deserve a good pat on the back. This year we won the Collingwood Invitational Ski Meet plus the biggy The Georgian Bay Championship. Team members James McGillvery and Dave Newton dominated the first two meets finishing first and third and first and second respectively. Alison McGillvery leading the way for the girls team. The rest of the team must be congratulated for their time, effort and skill. For, without it, we wouldn't have come this far. But most of all Coach Haiduk is the one who deserves the credit, for organizing the funds to send us to North-Bay. Since I had to write this up before O.F.S.A., we obviously cannot forcast a verdict. But I think we did okay! ? How about you?
