ROTARY EXCHANGE
The Swedes frequently ask me, " W h y did you decide to come to Sweden?" So I answer, " W h y not? It's a beautiful II c o u n t r y withlotstodo."There'splentyofsunforsurfing in the summer and plenty of snow for skiing in the winter. You can't lose! In fact, the nature is almost a replica of that or Canada. The people are quite different, very shy at first,
but after time show what true friendship really is.
To date, my strongest memories of Sweden include the endless daylight o f summer, the endless darkness o f fall, and the endless chill (-30°C average) of winter. (I have yet
to discover the spring!)
I have been extremely lucky to have had so many fine
experiences here, and am looking forward to many more. The only problem is with time - there just doesn't seem to be enough!
From me in Sweden to you in Canada
BEST WISHES!

N.B. Canada is famous here for its yearly Canada Cup, and you can rest assured that after the previous season the Swedes know who the #1 team is!

As you probably know, I'm the exchange student from Sweden. I only have a couple of weeks left here in Canada, so I would like to thank all of you for making this year a great one, with lots of wonderful memories. I can hardly believe that a year can pass so quickly. I'm always going to think of Collingwood as my second home and I hope that
get the opportunity to come back and visit everybody again someday. I'll miss you all.
