CO-OPERATIVE EDUCATION
Mike Aikens at Mt. View
One of the popular areas of study at CCI is the Co-operative Education Program. Two hundred of CCI's finest represented the school at a variety of placements. They were involved in everything from teaching to tax- idermy; accounting to autobody - Co-op has it all!
Co-op is a secondary school course in which students earn credits both in-school and out- of school. Students enrolled in the program obtain credits for the combination of classroom courses and a term of supervised work experience in either the public or private sector.
The students at CCI are fortunate to have over 200 placements choices provided by employers in the Collingwood area. THE CO-OP EXPERIENCE IS EDUCATION AT WORK!
