vou'RE one of a kind.'
For years now the Geography Department r. Knox, Mr. Hunwicks, Miss Meredith and Mr. Darl- ington have taught us about a multitude of fascinating physical phenomena found on the earth. They backed up each lesson with visual e - amples found from each of the four corners and thanks to the large variety of field trips that each C.C.I. student was allowed to take, these examples suddenly became very real. The reasons for visiting a locale were as varied as the destinations. We took a very scenic route through West
Virginia and stopped at the Laurier Caverns where we took a tour. Going through West Virginia, we got lost a couple of times and end- ed up arriving in Salisbury, North Carolina four hours late. At the Salisbury High School, we met our billets and went home with them.
The next day consisted of a walking tour
throughout Salisbury, then a trip to their iheme park " Carowinds" . We arrived there late because of a forty mile 'detour'. On Monday we played at the Salisbury Middle School and spent the rest of the day attending school. At
night, we played for the high school and the next morning we were off again for Ohio.
We played in Ohio after a 12-hour bus ride. Afterwards, we again were billeted and were up
