S tudies have shown that the most recognizable person in the general population is
Santa Claus. Coming in second place is Ronald McDonald . There is, however. a great deal of controversy about who is third . Is it Queen Elizabeth II? Lady Di- ana? George Bush? Bill Cosby? If you replied yes to one of the above. you, unfortunately, are incorrect. A recent and most reliable survey proved that the third most recognized face in the world is none other than Ozzie the Owl! For being such a reknown international celebrity, however, we know very little about this mascot. We see him once in a while roaming the halls of C.C.I. and he always makes his presence known at pep rallies, assemblies, and sports events. but what do we really know about him? Is it even a him? We went to the students of our great school. Knowing that they are such great schol- ars. we hoped that they could provide us with the answers.

For years the members of C.C.I. have wondered who is this strange bird? Finally the Collingwood Police Department was approached and three competent detec- tives were put on the case to solve the myst- ery 'WHO IS THIS GUY'.
