One of the first signs that indicates you have reached the Senior years of your high school career is when you find yourself saying th ings like, "Remember when we were in grade 9? Remember all of the dumb things that we used to do?" When our elder members of the student body were asked to take a short step back in time and describe themselves in grade 9, such responses as "Uneasy, nervous and unsure" - Chris Cau-
~hill, "What a loser!" - Kelly Dobson, ' Shy and Small"- Paul McCarracher and "Real Stupid" - Thomas Stoll were heard. However, over the next 4 or 5 years, a great many changes occurred.Theynowdescribethem- selves in terms of "Very awesome!" -Brad Rawn, "MUCH older"- Jason Whyte, "Almost always smil ing" - Steve Archdekin and "Majorly stressed out" - Krista Coffin.
Being Seniors and being older and wiser, they were also aware that much of their success in reaching their final year at C.C.I. was due to someone else's help. At this time. some individuals would like to thank those who had helped them along the way. "To Mr. R. Sneyd - thanks
for the patience!" from Jason Whyte. Robert Duda would like to thank Mr. Griffiths "for showing me that there are two sides to every story. Life is an experience and you should live it to the fullest. " Darryl King would like to acknowledge "my friends and fam- ily for pushing me in those times of need and despair. Thanks pals!" Lisa Corriveau would like to pay special thanks to her mom. "If it wasn't for her, Iwouldn't have gotten up in the mornings!"
To our Seniors, we thank each of you! You have added to the spirit of Collingwood Collegiate and we wish you the very best as you enter thisnextstepinyourlife.
