There's a club offered for every individual interest
This year's drama troupe presented William Sarsyon's play 'Coming Through The Rye'. The group worked hard for 4 months preparing for the festival in Orillia. In the end, the group came away with 3 awards. Jody Geddes won an award for her acting and singing. Todd Headon, our Artistic Di- rector, received an award of excellence in set de- sign and creation. When the curtain opened on performance night the audience actually 'gasped' in awe at the set. Todd also won a Stage Manager's award for his ability to organize and prepare tech- nical material. Only 1 school out of 15 is chosen
for this award. Congratulations Todd!
The troupe this year consisted mainly of grade 9 and 10 students who performed on stage for the first time! The entire cast and crew are to be ap- plauded for a terrific and dramatic year!
