FACE THE FACTS- C.C.I. FRIENDS STAND OUT IN A CROWD!
When Mr. Liotta was addressing the student body at his re- tirement assembly, he pointed out the many attributes ofC.C.I., but one of the strongest points that kept echoing was the subject of "FRIENDS". Everyone has a friend that he/she considers to be very special, not just a face in the crowd! What makes these individuals stand out among the rest? Brad Thomas' best buddy is Darren Dey for he considers him to be "a nice guy who picks me up when its snowing and he never bugs me." Jason Rainford and Brook Holmund are George McLean's best friends for "we have so many things in common." Shawna McCoy looks to her pal, Kelly Cooper, for "her good advice and she's always nice." Russell Black is Mark Wagner's best friend, "He's fun to be with and I like his sideburns." When it comes to a favorite friend, Dwayne Phillips looks to Ira Matthews even though "he's a lit- tle crazy." Steve Kells admires Jeremy Baird and Jason Robin- son "for we like the same things and we get along." Time often deepens a friendship. Matt Glasgow has known his pal, Dave O'Connor, "for a long time." "They make me laugh and we share feelings, I can tell them things that I can't tell others," is the way that Tina Allen sums up her buddies Jessica Bodnar and Corrine McKenize. The list could go on and on. Next time you are with your best friends, don't be afraid to let them know that they are special. Make them feel that they "ARE NOT JUST A FACE IN THE CROWD!"
