The Midgets' season was very successful, finishing league play with 8 victories and only 2 losses. In the South Simcoe Playoffs, the girls were defeated in close, hard fought battles against Barrie North and Central. Only 2 points separated the contenders. The girls were wonderful sporting ambas- sadors for CCI!

Despite a slow start due to illness, the Junior Girls took most of their matches to the 5th and deciding game - sometimes winning - sometimes losing. In most of the tournament play, the team finished first in their HOT TUB!- oops!- I mean POOL. Great season!

This team was a great mix of personal- ities. Many gyms around Simcoe County are pock-marked by spikes from Marilese and "hit-the floor" Tracey, our two cap- tains. The season consisted of close, hard fought games, a successful Pizza Hut Thur- nament with CCI losing to Park Street of Orillia in the quarter-finals, and Hunts- ville. What goes on in Huntsville, stays in Huntsville! Right, Mar? We were the CHAMPS! It was a great ride home. Thanks to our Manager "Whitney" Cruick- shank for her late season help and songs. It was fun ladies! Good luck, Grads!
