Leadership 2010 is a political simula- tion of a leadership convention. Collingwood's Brian Travis played the role of a 50 year old businessman with a right wing ideology. Brian placed sec- ond after the third ballot and was pro- mised a cabinet position. Other members of the C.C.I. team were dele- gates to the convention.

This year the C.C.I. DECA Chapter took a small, determined group to the provincial competition in Toronto. The year started in November at the first Simcoe County Regional competition in Oril- lia at Georgian College. Then in February the eight person team came away with top awards at the second Regional. The Provincials saw some amazing results as Krista Neil and Marty North finished their events and earned a spot on the Pro- vincial team that went on to compete at the U.S. Nationals in Detroit, Michigan. We say farewell to Krista and Tameez this year after years ofsuc- cess.
