SPIRIT OF REMEMBERING
THE REMEMBRANCE DAY ASSEMBLY
This year's assembly included Music and Drama classes. The Grade 12 Drama class wrote and presented a touching scene involving a group of women waiting for their husbands tore- turn from war. The train arrives and the happy couples disperse except for one woman, who re- mains alone on stage. She is met by a uniformed officer who gives her a notice of her husband's death. She mourns her loss as "Last Post" plays in the dis- tance. An excellent perform- ance!
