Robin Milhausen and her committee created a magical world at By The Bay for the '93 formal with balloons, clouds, stars and candlelight. Hors d'oeuvres and refreshments were available as guests danced the night away.
The lightning storm over Georgian Bay added an extra touch to the special evening enjoyed by both chaperones and guests.
