AHHH, THE SPARE . .. One of the more highly anticipated perks of entering the senior grades at C.C.I. is the luxurious spare. The term "spare" is fairly ambiguous, and means different things to different students. To some, a spare is time bestowed as a heavenly gift to catch up on assignments and study for tests. For others it's a round of euchre and some in-depth gossip sessions. Whatever the use of a spare, it means spare time in the day that is often much needed for a variety of reasons .
