Even though one of the purposes of the 'Transition Years' was to make the entry into highschool a lit- tle less intimidating for Grade 9 stu- dents, most still find the experience frightening. Even though most have visited the school at some point, they have heard stories from an older brother or sister. Were they teasing? Were they telling the truth?
