As soon as the clock's hands move into an 11:35 a.m. position, classroom doors bang open and there's a stampede of activity as everyone heads to the cafeterias. Food is quickly gobbled and drinks are chugged. With an hour for lunch, the actual time spent con- suming food is small. There are much more important things to do!
