          C.C.I. had another successful curling season . Coaches Bennett,
W ilkinson, and Labelle were pleased with the number of students that showed up for the club. The teams were chosen fromn from the club members. Although the boy's team "got
knocked down" a t the prep .
bonspiels and only managed to beat our cross town rivals, Jean
V anier , they "got
back up again" at the G.B.S.S.A . qualiiiers .
Winning a close game against Stayner sent them to the G.B.'s.
These "Happy Gilmours" of curling were also the first to sport the new team uniforms .
The i)oy' s team members were: Shayne Bannerman , Andrew McKechnie, Jay Campbell, Dustin Greaves, Brandon Lourie, David Morrison, Scott Morrison, Chris Horner, Jeff Dunlop, Jeff Lipskie, and David Street.
The girl's team had a successful season as well . They also qualified for the G.B.'s and played well until they hit some very
tough competition from the northern part of the region. Members of the Girl's team were: Tiffany Thompson, L eslie Thompson, Lindsay Sneyd, Kristen Bevan and Amanda Beacock.
