They are the Stars of the Future
With only two weeks for organization, the Commencement Committee presented the Graduating Class of 1998 with an evening filled with stars and heavenly memories. The new gym was filled with sounds of delight as our senior students reunited with their former peers. In their excitement, collars and gowns were put on backwards as each grad rushed to get ready and
talk at the same time. There was too much to say and not enough time as they prepared to line up for the ceremonial march into the gym. Jenny Noordegraaf honoured the class by singing her own composition and Jason Campbell acted as valedictorian. All eyes were on the stage as each grad stepped down proudly carrying a hard-earned diploma and awards.
