Although the Ski Club is renown for being the oldest club in existence at CCI, it
has greatly changed in the past few years. At one time, only skiers filled the buses each Tuesday afternoon. However, every year the percentage ofthose opting to snowboard has vastly increased. Today the CCI Ski Club consists of most boarders with very few downhillers. We must extend a great thanks to Mr. Sproule, our club adviser, for his many, many hours spent bringing his love of skiing to the students ofCCI through this activity. Members were able to improve their techniques through their lessons and were rewarded with a barbeque at the end ofthe season. We look forward to seeing Mr.Sproule out on the hill, and we wish him happy retirement .
