The 2000- 2001 Student Council worked extremely hard throughout the school year to build the school spirit of CCI as high as possible. It started with 'Grade 9'er Day' in September and only picked up momentum as together we organised the Food Drive, Students Cards, the Halloween Dance and those Wacky Wednesdays. Around Christmas, we participated in the Toy Drive, the Christmas StaffKids Party and the Summer in the Snow and Valentine's Dances. In the cafeteria, everyone had a chance to participate in Jell- 0 eating contests and ice tea chugging. For the 3rd year in a row, a major highlight was the Lip Sync Contest. Wrapping up the year, we had a fantastic time with Fun in the Sun Day. Good luck to all of the students of CCI as they approach their June finals.
