The end of each semester brings a sigh of relief to students. It marks the end of the term, perhaps a holiday, most likely a change with a new set of teachers and new classrooms. However, before one gets to that point, each student must face
the dread of writing final exams. There are numerous techniques employed in the art of studying. Some people start pacing themselves well before the end, doing a little each night. Others prefer opening the books two nights before that final evalua- tion. Then of course, there are always a few who crack oopen the books TWO MINUTES before the papers are handed out.As more students compete for a limited number of seats in colleges and universitites, the pressure to achieve excellent grades has never been greater.
Jen Vandervecht (TOP LT) puts her feet up and takes in all the stuff that Mr. Tudor is saying. Adriana Bell (RT) is working hard to pass her grade 10 computer course. Rosie Schreiner (BOT LT) is trying his hardest to listen to Mr. Tudor in her communications tech....
