Teachers with Students
September brings to both students and teachers the excitement ofthe changes that about to occur from the lazy hazy days of summer. Alarm clocks, scheduled washroom breaks, cafeteria food, homework and marking to name a few.
Students meet the 'new kids on the block', as well as the old!<!: teachers meet the new teachers brings to CCI new blood and enthusiasm.
Time rushes by, with the classroom competitiops for the annual Food Drive, Interim Report Cards, Christmas Door Decorating, student/teacher conferences, and finally Winter Break. Next Year brings the unique eXperience of the year ofthe palindrome, as well as the opportunity for a fresh beginning...the 2" semester.
February brings out the lovelorn with OSAID's love matches. This is a fun, clean, non-committing way to get to know others in the school who shares the same interests as you. Old sports volley their way out ofthe gym while new sports shuttlecock their way over the nets to victory.
March Break is the time for 'get-a- ways' in the sun. or to snowboard down the Blues. Revitalized and renewed students and staff burrow in for the last 'leg' of the year. Students involved in the Moderns, French and Music Departments participate in their perspective trips to learn of other culturesandtosharetheirtalents. Lip Synchs, Athletics Banquets and Fun in the Sun, bring together the laughter and enjoyment ofthe year as a whole; appraising the year with success and pride, feeling confident that next September will come quickly enough. We at CCI are ready for the challenge.
