      Grade 9 BBQ
CCI staff and Guidance counsellors get together to help form this years Grade 9 BBQ. Ahoy Buckos!
All on Board
Grade Nine is no longer as intimidating as it once was. These first year students tour the school while still in their elementary grades. When September rolls around, they are treated to a Barbeque with their parents. Several days later, they get a real taste of CCI during 'Grade 9 Day'. They are put into teams according to countries and a Collingwood Olympics takes place on the football field. Games are played, new friends are made and by the end of the day, everyone is now an official 'Fighting
Owl'.
Sarah Bruce (TOP RT) tries her hand at 'spinning the bat'. This is one skill that the Jays never have to use! The American Team (RT) is really hyped for their next activity. The Grade 9s (BELOW) find that pillow fights aren't just done at home!
Mr. Cameron with daughters Tiffany and Samantha seems to be rather pleased to how CCI has welcomed their newcomers.
Jordan, Robyn, Alicia, Jordan, Matthew are all enjoying the great food aboard CCI's ship and are now considered to be part of the student body.
