February has to be the longest month even though it has the fewest days. This year proved to be extra long due to the extreme cold tem- peratures (Remember when we had 2 snow days in a row because the frigid temperatures would not alllow the buses to start? Yahoo!!!) and the consistently falling snow. Even Wiarton Willie was afraid to show his head on February 2nd! the only thing that would seem to lift our spirits and beat a case of the winter blahs was a diver- sion from a Friday last period class. The answer came in the form of a 'BUY IN' with the Sr. Boys

ticket! Basketball Team taking to the court in the
McDonald's tournament. Amid screams and cheers, the boys played before a packed gym of CCI supporters.
