At the start of the 3rd day of the second semester, the staff of CCI witnessed a lot of very sad looking faces as they walked down the halls. How could this be? The morning arrived with great news. John Nichol's Peake's Bus Cancellation report has announced for the second time in 3 days that all Simcoe County Buses were not running due to poor weather conditions. Therefore, why these long faces? Taylor Nash (TOP LT) respnded with "My Mom made me come to school!" Jeremy Johnston (BEL LT) wanted to help with basketball while Justin Trout (MID) had his grandmother drive him to school and they didn't realize that it was a Snow Day until they were almost at CCI. Matt Ashman (RT PG-MID) forgot to set his alarm , ran to school because he was aware of the new late policy, only to find out that the buses weren't running. Heather O'Halloran (RT PG- MID LT) came to school to get work and then would return home. Michael Fryer (BOT RT) came because "classes are much smaller on a Snow Day!". Mr. Abram was happy to hear this answer. In fact, Michael's classes were so small, he was the only one in them!
