One thing that all students and staff have in common at CCI is that everyone loves to eat!!! Some are very health conscious and prefer salads while others rush to the head of the junk food line for poutine and fried burgers. One can learn culinary skills in Family Studies or in Mr. Me's restaurant services. Under the leader- ship of these teachers, one can learn to prep food, cook it and serve it! Such skills , one takes with them when living on their own.
