Graffiti, although rooted in vandalism, has gradually gained recognition by the art community as a true art form. Artists experimenting with this medium should only choose canvases with the owner's explicit permission to do so, otherwise you will run the risk of getting in trouble with the law. When done properly, by talented artists, graffiti can be more than just scribbes, it can be a work of art.
