The popular tv show, Are you Smarter than a 5th Grader, tests adults and elementary aged kids on fairly simple and basic questions about everything from science and geography to social science and arithmetic. The assumption is that adults possess greater knowledge than the average 5th grader, however, the results are quite surprising as 5th graders often out perform their older counterparts.
