           The Personal Fitness program was created to develop a students' personal fitness, whether it be muscular fitness, cardiovascular fitness, or overall flexibility. These workouts support an emphasis on high intensity cross fit style training, inside a fun environment with friendly competition built in.

Only one in three children is physically active every day.
Children now spend more than seven and a half hours a day in front of a screen (e.g., TV, videogames, computer).
Nearly 45% of children living in poverty are overweight or obese compared with 22% of children living in households with incomes four times the poverty level.
Only about one in five homes have parks within a half-mile, and about the same number has a fitness or recreation center within that distance.
