e Co-op teachers at CCI work hard to find a placement for students. When placed students then spend the rest of the semester getting valuable on-site training at career they are looking at perusing in the future. These students had an exceptional time at their co-op and have received job opportunitiesfroMOWmbeingplaced at these businesses.

Kristie had a co-op at Cafe Chartreuse. Her job was mostly prep work making salads and cake mix for the next days. She had a great experience that helped her make the choice to go on and become a chef. Kristie has been accepted at Georgiancollage for chef training and cannot wait to start cooking!
nsad aco-opatthe Wasaga Beach YMCA shadowing a personal trainer. In the time he spent there he had the opportunity to train people with nerve damage and do some group sessions. This experience was very eye opening in seeing how the workplace operated. Chris has plans to take exercise science when he leaves high school. From his co-op he was offered a job at the YMCA and now works at the front desk in membership services.
Connor did his co-op at Tatham Engineering working with the environment. During his time there he was involved in cleaning u p a mudslide, constructingstreams and taking volume measurements of rivers. In the next years he will be looking at engineering programs a t Guelf and Carleton Universities. Over all Connor had an awesome co-op at Tatham Engineering.
