         RM 101 Bistro
"To me, Bistro is a way for students to be able to get a healthier meal at the school of going to outside locations such as Subway and Tim Horton's."- Chef Pam
Before choosing what the students make for their class, Ms. Major hands out a survey to see what students would buy and what they would want. Other than the Bistro, Chef Pam creates meals for Custodian Day, Development Day, Career Day, and for Outside Sales. By having bistro every year, more people are being drawn in and realizing that they are getting great meals for a decent price.
