The senior Jazz Band consists of grade 11 students (with a few from other grades) who have been together since grade 9. This group, conducted by Mr. Hamlin, has won many awards from MusicFest competitions and national competitions. The senior Jazz Band will be traveling to Japan to compete in a music festival next year.
The junior Jazz Band is a new group this year made up of grade nine students. This group, conducted by Mr. Bell, will be competing in the annual MusicFest hosted here at CCI. Best of luck to both of our jazz bands in all future
The CCI marching band consists of A band, B band, and drumline students who play the music as well as C band students who carry the flags. CCI has the largest high school marching band in Canada!
