During the past few years the scale has tipped until the grand stands are wrapped in apathetic silence dur- ing games.
Just a moment, don't misunderstand fue. School spirit is not determined entirely .by the amount of cheering at athletic events. School spirit is judged by the participation and attitude of the students in- dividually and collectively in the activities of the school.
There are many contributing factors for the 'lack of s~hool spirit. School spirit is influenced by our envi~onment, our own personalities and our teachers.
There is much speculation and complaining about the lack of school spirit. We find this especially at Student Council meetings, but have YOU v.lOndered why school spirit isn't robust and vigorouB.
