I . S. C. F. of 1950-51 has proved very interesting and " helpful to those of us who have attended the group.
Our topic this year has been "Tests of Real Christianity" based on the Epistle of 1st. John.
In his Epistle, John brings forth a great many practical applications for our lives. He advised us to walk "in the light" that we"sin not, but if any man does sin, we have an advocate in Jesus Christ. Also in the epistle, we are to keep the faith for by this we have victory over the world. The main theme is summed up in the words, "that ye know that ye have et- ernal life .
Apart from these discussions which have boen led by our sponsor Mrs. Helen Thompson, with the help of various students, we have had several interesting speakers. Among these were Miss Margaret NcCreadie--1. S. C. F. field secretary, T1rs. :Norman Dabbs--missionary to Bolivia, Rev. MacDonald from Galt, and ~1r. F. X. Stanley, a missionary to Afri6a.
We have held a variety of socials, including Hallowe'en and Christmas parties along with hay and sleigh rides. The gold medal event of the year was the annual I. S. C. F. Rally of the northern groups which W8S held in Orillia with groups from Owen Sound, Penetanguishine, North Bay, Barrie, and Mea- ford and Midland being present.
Another event which included sovGr al of ou"r membGrs ~vas the Pioneer Camp. This teen-agG camp is located on Lake
