In the girls events at Owen ' Sound Track and Field meet, Mary Beynon and Doreen vlatson participated in Junior events but no honours were won. Intermediate entri~s were Carol ~ason who won a . flrst in the Standihg Broad and June Keith and Betty Wa?jner. June Bergman won a_third in both the Running Broad and Standing Broad.
