High School Students may now get a free college education while qualifying for the Queen's Commis- sion in tl1e Navy, Anny or Air Force, under the Regular Officer Training Plan.
Successful candidates will attend Royal Military College, Royal Roads. College Militaire Royal de Saint- Jean, or designated Canadian universities, as cadets m the Regular Forces.
They will receive service pay plus board and lodging, plus tuition costs at college, will take paid training with their chosen service in summer months and on completion of academic courses, serve Canada as Regular Force officers with the option of release after three years.
Applicants must have Senior Matriculation or equivalent, except for College Militaire Royal de Saint- Jean, where requirement is Junior Matriculation. Age limits for Col1ege Militaire Royal de Saint-Jean are 16 to 20 on 1st January of the year of entrance, for al1 others 16 to 21 on 1st January of the year of entrance. Applicants must be single, physically fit, and meet officer selection standards.
