The Gids' C. 0. S. S. A. Volleyball Tournament was held in Collingwood this year. From eleven o'clock in the morning until eight o'clock in the evening, the girls played hard to bring victory to their schools. There were six teams in the league this year: Collingwood, Midland-Penetang, Barrie Central, Barrie North, and Alliston.
The C. D. C. I. Juniors placed second in their group. The Seniors, however, won only one game, although they lost their other games by only a few points each time. Both teams are to be congratulated on their splendid effort.
