The Gleaner, this year, has been pro- duced by the labours of many persons. As usual, the difficulty of decidingwhichpicture to use and where to use it, has occurred, but has been overcome by our diligent staff.
It is you, the students, who are featured in this yearbook because it is you who have made it possible, and you who have provided the material.
Contributions of art, poetry, and liter- ature have poured in to our editor's room and have been carefully selected. The Gleaner Canvassers collected a record amount in the sale of advertising and are to be commended
on their hard work.
The year 1963-1964 has beenagoodyear
for the C. C. I. with the opening of the New Wing and the beginning of V ocational Courses. Even the Soccer Team and the Curling Squad caught the spirit and remained undefeated throughout the season to win the league championship in their respective sports.
In closing I would like to say that even though this book may not quite be classed as a "Work of Art," Treasure It." It will become, in the future, your only link with your ex- citing and rewarding high school days.
