SKI CLUB
Encouraged by the excellent skiing conditions, more students ventured to Blue Mountain every Wednesday. Being dismissed earlier from school for every other trip we were able to take advantage of the weather.
In January many of our members participated in the Skiathon which was held for the Binder Hospital Foundation. At the G.B.S.S.A. Races the school ski team did very well. The intermediate boys captured a first and the girls team placed fourth.
Warm thanks go to Mr. R. Culbert, Mr. J. Sinclair and Mr. G. Pollard for their direction and assistance in our activities.
The school ski club championships ended this year's season. The results are given further in this book.
