THE LONELY BOY
He stood about twelve feet away from me. I had never seen such a figure before in my life. I could distinguish two dirty bony knees that protruded from his old, grey tweed trousers. A torn shirt, once red, now purple, hung in shame on his shoulders.
His long blonde hair, now a little darker from dirt, brushed across his forehead just above his shiny brown eyes, that seemed to be watching everything they could see. Since he could see me smiling he slowly approached my park bench. As he came closer I noticed a scar on his right cheek that ran from the edge of his mouth to the corner of his right eye. There was one outstanding feature of this boy that I noticed and that was two sparkling new black shoes on his stubby feet. As I gaped at him he held out a dirty, rough hand, and began laughing for no reason. I offered him money and automatically he snatched the coins and ran quickly to another spot in the park.

MIND CONFUSION
To world's unknown my mind is wandering. It has travelled beyond the planet of reasoning to the cold, barren region of stupidity; from one system of comprehension to another of total and complete oblivion.
When will it stop? Lost in a sea of forboding stars, confusion reigns supreme over the perception of logic and reason.
Stop and stand firm on a solid surface. Return from this dream world to reality and life. Understand the known world and do not be frightened by the unknown.
Remain here and be content.
