Senior Boys' Basketball

The senior basketball team got off to a very slow start this year . The first practice was delayed because the senior football team made the playoffs and soon after practice began, the school entered its exam period. The team was further weakened by injuries to key personneL But in spite of all of these setbacks the team played a strong first game against Stayner , losing by the narrow margin of 57-54.
When this column was written the team was in the thick of the fight for a playoff berth . We wish them the best of luck for the rest of the season.
