The Girls' lnterhouse Sports Committee

This year, Girls' Interhouse sports were organized and run by a committee of four dedicated girls as- sisted by Mrs. Crago: Cindy Duffin, Susan Leat, Kathy Pollard, Kathy Titus.
These girls worked very hard to offer activities they hoped would involve as many girls as possible, especially girls who were not memberS of a school team .
Activities for the fall included Volleyball and Indoor Baseball. When support for these activities waned the girls did not give up; they responded by conducting a survey to discover what activities the girls would definitely support. As a result, Basketball was offered and competition among the houses proved to be keen.
Speedball and Softball were planned for spring.
The committee extends thanks to all who assisted in coaching and officiating throughout the year. I personally wish to congratulate the girls on the committee for their dedication, time and effort.
